We will ask you to sign an account management contract with us authorizing us to conduct transactions on your behalf.

Santoren manages clients' accounts setup at brokerage institutions in our clients' names. Santoren never takes possession of clients funds and we are not authorized to make transfers from our clients accounts.

Santoren is compensated for financial advice and asset management services by charging a fee based on financial assets under management.

For limited advisory services, Santoren is compensated on an hourly fee basis.
